General Information
At LUMINÉTICA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of receiving your items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items without original tags
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Personalized or customized items
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate your return request
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging
- Include the original packing slip or order confirmation
- Ship your return to the address provided by our team
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for any return shipping fees.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
