Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We currently offer Standard Shipping to all destinations. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • International: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on the shipping carrier and customs processing.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination country

All shipping charges are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping partner's website.

Customs & Import Duties

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives missing items or with damaged products, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of any damaged items.
